| Individual Counseling | We
work with individuals seeking marriage, family, parenting and relationship
counseling, as well as counseling for anxiety, depression, stress, life
transitions, past abuse, self-esteem, co-dependency, assertiveness or
loss. | |
| Couple’s Counseling | Both married and unmarried couples often seek counseling to improve
communication, parenting, intimacy or sex. Counseling can also improve
understanding, reduce conflict, and relieve financial and career
pressures. | |
| Dual Therapist Couple’s Counseling | Many couples prefer to have both a male and female therapist in the session to represent and understand what each of the partners is saying and needing. Mr. and Mrs. Whaling, both licensed therapists, facilitate these sessions. | |
| Double Sessions | Many couples find that scheduling a 90 minute session allows them to cover more material and deepen the impact of their sessions. | |
| Family Counseling | These sessions can include children, parents or adult brothers or sisters, or whomever constitutes the "family" that needs help. | |
| Phone Couple’s Group | Several times per year a group will open to new members or a new group will start. Groups are limited to 7 couples and last 90 minutes. | |
